Time to Give Thanks

I am thankful for the blogsphere which allows me to express my more mild thoughts without getting arrested.

I am thankful that booze is legal in this country, because I can use it to silence the voices in my head instead of relying on random killing sprees to exorcise my demons.

I am thankful for those of you who take the time to visit my blog and leave comments, even if they are incredibly stupid.

I am thankful for my instructional book on Voodou, which I plan to use on those of you who don’t leave comments.

I am thankful for my job that usually has enough downtime to blog while providing me with enough money to support my addiction to the Ninja Bunny Dentist.

I am thankful for NBD, who takes care of my teeth and fills me with desire, as well as underscoring the fact that I am alone, alone, so alone, terribly alone. I love her so.

I am thankful that my mother is now and forever out of my life, making this the first Thanksgiving I remember that I’m anticipating with something other than dread. My dreams of becoming a reclusive writer are one step closer.

And finally, I am thankful for some of the people I have met online. You know who you are. The rest of you can eat shit and die. No, really. Go ahead.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Turkey, out

I used to have a voodoo doll keychain. It was pretty awesome... except the little piece of ribbon that connected Mr. Voodoo's head to the key ring thing wore out to the point that if I kept it on my backpack any longer, it'd fall off. Shortly after, I lost it in the cesspool that is my bedroom. :P

What happened to your mother...?

Anyway, thanks for the Day of the Dead card. It made me giggle.

Since I'm from the Norman Bates school of children, I can't say I relate to the mother comments. My mom is my best friend.

And why I stab innocent naked hotties in the shower whenever possible. :)

Now tell me, are the comments sometimes stupid, or the people? Or both? And which am I? :)

Happy T-day man, I hear a beer calling me.

Reclusive writer, eh?

You could scrape images of the NBD into your cabin walls when you move into the Adirondack mountains.

I hope you at least get a turkey sandwich and witness some post worthy events. I already plan on taking my flask with me to my mom's house.

I am so seriously...NOT kidding.

Happy Thanksgiving again, Z-man. I was half thinking of telling you to stay in touch once we're both reclusive writers, but then we wouldn't exactly be reclusive ... would we?

Now, don't you have someone bitch slap or something? Quit reading and go eat and take care of business - in that order.

So not really sure that’s the tactic to take to encourage people to post comments. Guess you’re looking for better individuals than my self. Sorry but I’m going to have to pass on the meal, thanks for the invite though. BTW my mom’s a nut job so I can relate.
