Bunny and Bankruptcy

My bankruptcy petition has been formally filed, just in time for another doctor's bill to be turned over to collections despite the fact that I've been paying them hundreds per month. Now that I have a bankruptcy file number, I can fend them off if they try to harass me. In about a week, the courts will send my creditors official notification that they can all go suck it.

Today's bunny is Sayuki Matsumoto, age 23 (but her birthday is coming in early December). Kind of young for me, but at least she's old enough to buy me beer, and it's hard to find a popular Japanese model over the age of 30.

Bunny!

Vote received: 1. I have absolutely no complaints about her. I love that she has an actual figure. Of course, I love the tiny ones with no figure as well. She's made of awesome. But she's just not my favorite.

Bunny!

Nice guy that I am, I'm still willing to have sympathy sex with her in case coming in third hurts her feelings.

i just had sympathy sex with her. she said you were an asshole....

i told her she was a strong second in my book any day. that seemed to cheer her up substantially.

You're made of generosity, aren't you?

Glad to hear that your creditors can go stuff it, all mine want to keep raising interest rates before any legislation is active - their favorite number (even if you only owe a few hundred) is 29.99% that sounds like mafia work to me.

Sympathy sex? You're a good man, Grant.

LOL @ dr.alistair!

I'm sorry you have to go through all that bankruptcy stuff. It is the double edged sword...and you're screwed whether you do it or not. I hope things start looking up for you soon!

Oh and I love that bunny!

Well at least you know which direction your life is going now and maybe you will get going in a better direction my friend.

dr.alistair - no, what she meant what that I did her in the butt. Her Engrish is not good, you understand.

tiff - that, plus snips and snails and puppydog tails.

Whitemist - I had one try to go 29.9% on me, but I closed the account first. They pretended I didn't close the account, but left my interest rate at 7.5%. I think they're hoping I'll use the card again which will automatically mean I agree to the new rate.

Captain Dumbass - it's like makeup sex but I get to score points with Jebus.

metalmom - the procedures are a pain, but the medical industry already screwed my credit rating, so now I'm just as screwed but I can stop sending them all my money.

Monogram Queen - now I can afford to date, so hopefully so.

Bankruptcy, thankfully, is not the end of the world. Mine just went off my credit report this month, actually. And even though it was on my credit report the last 10 years, I was still able to qualify for a house, refinance said house twice, and qualify for 3 different car loans. And credit cards. My suggestion is to make sure you check your credit reports after the bankruptcy is discharged, so that all the affected accounts are included in it.

GreenJello - I'll do that. My lawyer just filed, but already things are better because I get to keep some of my money now.

I have been through a bankruptcy myself and while some may frown on it, I think it helped me a great deal. OK my credit rating sucks but I don't care. I needed the relief. I take it you are going for the old Chapter 7 right?

Grant said...

Ricardo - yes, the full chapter 7 instead of having to make payments for another 5 years. From what I've learned, bankruptcy preventing you from getting credit is a myth anyway. My credit was good, but nobody would extend me any because they all said I had too much already.
