Bleah

I was going to post something non-disease related today, but the antibiotics have kicked into high gear and reached the level I call Sharty Doom. My new hobby is to pass liquid flaming sandpaper at all hours. Also I'm having trouble getting readings on my glucose meter because I don't bleed easily, but I'm having no problems injecting the insulin. Needles don't bother me the way they once did. I'm guessing I've been perforated too many times to care anymore. It's too bad that I'm just now discovering this because I could have made one hell of a junkie, but I'm getting too old for that now. So, I'll just close with a nurse bunny pic.

Nurse Bunny!

Thanks to Captain Dumbass for the bunny.

When I had to prick my finger I had the same problem. Try this:
Take the hand you are going to prick and shake it hard downwards like you are trying to get something off your hand.

Second take the hand that you haven't shook and push upwards tightly the finger that you are going to inject towards the fingernail. The blood will ready to be pricked.

If that doesn't work just do the hokie pokie and turn yourself around!

So sorry to hear about your missed opportunity as a junkie! LOL

Feel better Grant!

I have no problem with needles either. It never occurred to me that I could take advantage of that and become a junkie.

Dang.

It's never too late to become a junkie. You can still give it a shot (pun intended).

Yep too late to be getting into the junkie thing. Now is the time to build up a nice prescription drug addiction because that's what the respectable folk do.

I'd be happy if that nurse gave a a look over.

I had that same problem when I was in the hospital. Only I had to shit in a bedpan and have a nurse wipe my ass for me because I couldn't. Sometimes the nurse wouldn't come in right away so there I sat with my ass covered in flesh eating shit. It was horrible and painful. What's even worse is that there were some HOT male nurses who had to wipe me. How embarrassing.

If you have some pain meds, they'll make you constipated, maybe they'll counteract the squirts? Maybe not.

I hope you feel better soon!

ssc - thanks for the tips. I'm getting better with practice.

cda - technically, doing absolutely nothing would be the least you could do.

sam - they throw percocets at me when I have no pain. Now I'm starting to wish I had some. My wounds and illnesses don't hurt, but the antibiotics are trying to kill me.

jay - it's never too late to pursue your dreams.

isj - my syringes are too full of insulin to add any heroin to the mix. Maybe I'll just snort coke (or Coke Zero since I have to avoid sugar).

ricardo - I wonder if Rush has any leftover oxycontin.

nyd - she has feet? My gaze never gets that low.

april - I should have taken the pain meds. I passed on them because I had no pain until the antibiotics launched their intestinal assault.

I'm sure he does but his handlers have it under wraps and he''ll be forgiven.
