Bunny Sighting

Sorry I haven't posted recently, but my job is keeping me busy during the day and my nights belong to NaNoWriMo. Today I was busy all morning, and this afternoon included my final trip to the dentist. I only had to visit the hygienist this time for a checkup and quick cleaning, so there was no bunny snuggling involved. Still, I did my best to catch a glimpse of her while I was there. I arrived early, took my favorite seat (the one that offers the best vantage point down the hallways), and looked around when being led to the torture chair. Nothing. My hygienist did the usual poking and scraping, this time telling me that me teeth looked good and would probably outlast me, which may be good news or it may mean that she spotted some cancer while she was working and I’ll likely be dead soon. Anyway, on the way out I dawdled near the lab entrance and finally spotted her, my angel of pain, my Ninja Bunny Dentist.

She stood working one of the machines, slim figure accentuated by her fitted lab coat, soft light cascading off her silky hair. I looked at her perfect ear as I passed by since everything else was covered by her mask, coat, and gloves. I stared for maybe half a second, then went to the front desk and dropped another wad of cash. Side note – everybody there knows me on sight, from NBD to all her assistants to the entire team at the front desk. Sometimes I get the feeling they look at me and see a down payment on a Porsche.

Anyway, I saw my bunny today. I can go on with my life now. Or die happy. Whatever.

Aaaaw Grant... that's the cutest thing I've heard in a long time... Does she know you feel that way about her?

Well at least you got some enjoyment out of going to the dentist!

I wonder if your dentist wants a porsche or a BMW? I hate going to the dentist.

So do you like going to the dentist? I need to go soon but I have no one there to look forward to.

Nice how just a little glimpse of your bunny can put you in a euphoric mood for the rest of the day, huh? ;)

Wish I had some eye candy at my dentist office (hey, I'm married, not dead, okay???)

Damn...my dentist's office has zero eye candy. I'd even enjoy checking out a chick! *blech at the workers at mine*

Very sweet post Grant...

I can't wait to read the NaNoWriMo

Its common for the victim to fall in love with the torturer.
