Day Two

Today is just like yesterday, only not so much. Same headache, slightly stronger on the left side, but not as intense. Same lack of inertia. Same cravings for Mountain Dew, nectar of the various gods. We’ll see how things fare tomorrow after the infamous three-day hump.

For lunch I’ve been relying on Campbell’s microwaveable soups – relatively cheap, filling, and convenient. They don’t seem to have any of the main things I’ve been avoiding, but there are an awful lot of ingredients in them. After I run out I may switch to those expensive frozen dinners from Harry’s Farmers Market.

Be careful, grasshopper. You're treading on thin rice paper.

Ohh. I wanted to ask you what Locus of Control was about.

It's Campbells Chunky Soup, the soup that eats like a meal (if you haven't been deluged with the same commercials I have). Besides, for dinner I had some leftover organic pepperoni pizza and salad.

you should eat salads for lunch...less fillers and more nutrition.
