The last time I moved I made a concerted effort to rid myself of all the excess clutter in my place. I didn't adopt a minimalist philosophy or anything, I just jettisoned the junk I didn't use. I've done the same thing in my kitchen - no more foods that will sit until I finally throw them out years after expiring. I must be doing pretty good, since I opened my refrigerator and found the following (not counting condiments in the door):
  1. Jar of applesauce.
  2. Pitcher of water.
  3. Half bag of shredded cheese.
  4. Cool-whip.

I guess it's time to go to the grocery. No refrigerator is complete without beer.
