McDonald's food. Because what could be healthier than a burger made with their special sauce, cheese, two patties, fried egg, and bacon? Naturally, it comes with fries and a soda for the full nutritional balance a person needs from one meal. Use loads of catsup if you're worried about a lack of veggies in your diet.

mmmm, breakfast, lunch and dinner all rolled into one.
I couldn't eat that much damned food in a week let alone one sitting.
Feck.
Well, Hello there Grantmeister! Long time, no see. I hope you're doing well!!!
Ah, gotta love the American way! If I could, my morning would include a full sushi breakfast along with some delicious green tea. What better way to get your protein and energy in the morning. The Japanese know there shit!
I usually go the kosher route and get my salmon on a boiled bagel in the morning. I usually end up eating just the salmon though.
Hmmm, sake in the morning doesn't sound too shabby now!
*thinking*
tai - I think that is the proper way to conquer the world. No bombs, no lawyers - we'll just send in the clown and make everyone as fat and unhealthy as us.
kerry - thank you. I am immortal and invulnerable, as always.
~deb - booze is a great way to start the day. Personally, I don't have much of an appetite upon awaking, so a bowl of miso soup is about all I can handle. You might like that with an egg on the side.
I agree. That's more or less my diet and I weigh in at a mere 150 pounds. I tie with my dad for the heaviest in my family.
doug - that explains what I've been doing wrong - healthy food and exercise. Look for my new diet book coming soon, "The Eat 'til You Explode Method of Weight Loss".
You have GOT to be kidding me, they don't put a fried egg on their Big Mac do they? Arrgghhh
