Quik Note

Work has been crazy busy so I haven't been very active in the blogsphere, but I just wanted to say that the common or "poor" Cherokee cabin below was a typical size for a family of six.

Six?

Six whole adult people???

Damn...and I thought The Peanut Palace was too damn small!

Wow....well, I guess a family has to do what a family has to do.

OK explain to me what "I gotta life" means...*L*

never apologize for having one

It is amazing how our minimum expectations have risen from generation to generation

Thanks for kicking us in our collective pants. Makes one wonder why we need "spare rooms" at all.

When I was growing up, there was a family who lived in a one-room cabin in the woods sort of like the one you've pictured. They had at least six kids! Most adults looked down on them as "white trash" but we kids all got along with them (the kids in that family) just fine!

For six people. That would of made it very cosy or maybe i should say cramped.

Looks a bit breezy for my taste. And how exactly do they make more children when the ones they already have are hangging off the side of the loft? Is that appropriate?

My house looks just like that place, minus the roof of course.

I will never, ever, complain about clutter again.

Hope things get better at work soon.
